Labor Day is a much appreciated holiday. Mostly because it is only one of three long holiday weekends in the Summer {Memorial Day, Fourth of July, & Labor Day}, and especially in the Summer, everybody's working for the weekends. This is the first year I have been unemployed in many years, and it is a scary feeling. It really makes you appreciate the security of a job. So even if you dislike your job very much, give thanks... because in an economy where the unemployment rate keeps creeping up {9.1% as of August}, many people would be happy to have it. In honor of Labor Day, feel free to relax, take it easy, and enjoy the last few breathes of Summer.
