Spotlight: Isa Tapia

I first came across these lovely scalloped Isa Tapia flats in a magazines not too ling ago, so I put it on my list of lines to check out for the Spring Summer 2013 season. Not only did I find the scalloped flats, but I found these candy colored gems that I would love to kick around in during the warm months.
