Travel Buddy

As December quickly approaches, I realize I really need to start looking for a ticket back to New York for the holidays before they get astronomically more expensive. Mental note- must do that this weekend!

In the meantime, I recently found a travel bag that would make traveling a whole lot easier- and stylish. Enter the Indiana Leather Adventure duffel. I guess it is technically supposed to be a man's bag, but come on! It is totally classic, and I am always down for an old school doctor's style tote.

The Muppets

It was a struggle to get a post up today. I have been ridiculously busy at work with the upcoming holidays just around the corner.

However, I thought of this post and was so excited about it, that it just had to be done! Does anyone else have the intense need to go see The Muppets Movie this Thanksgiving?? I do, I do! Here are my favorite furry friends teaming up with OPI for some knock your socks off nail polishes.

Go Go Lucky

I have awesome news.... I am honored and proud to say that I am officially part of the Lucky Style Collective! Lucky and I go way back- to its launch in December of 2000, to be precise. Over the years, Lucky has been like no other magazine. Serving up original content with a grass roots, organic feel, and because of this I have put them high on a pedestal. Only good things from here on out...

Skateaway

This whole post is based around these DSquared2 ice skate boots. When I first saw them, I could not believe how unreal they were... and at roughly $1,800, they have been selling out all over the place. I really need to see someone wearing these stat!

Then there's the other feeling I got while putting this post together, and that's the whole Serendipity NYC Central Park ice skating feel. It brings back images of snow falling in New York, and that magical feeling that anything is possible. I miss NYC a bit...

L'Occitane has been working to create economic development in the African country of Burkina Faso since 2006- women here produce the company's organic shea butter. Most recently, L'Occitane has created these limited edition collections based on traditional African textiles to honor specific villages and tribes.
